With the ground conditions holding standing water there is no alternative.

There are also problems with the Knockout Cup fixture against Burton Joyce. At the moment it cannot be played at Thrumpton and there are also problems playing it at Burton Joyce. It is more than likely that the result will be resolved by a toss of a coin or a bowl off to see which club can go through to the next round.
