A few years ago we had plans to celebrate our 150th anniversary but all of this came to no avail as our legendary club history Ray Smithson found out we were actually 5 years older that we originally believed.

When this was discovered we decided to shelve plans as we had actually missed the correct date.

The first recorded game of Thrumpton now dates back to 1861, so the 2021 season will see us celebrate 160 years of existence.

Plans are already afoot with possibilities of a tour, celebration dinner, a legends game and plenty more social activities to celebrate our fantastic history.
