Thrumpton welcomes pub side Nelsons Ashes from around Newark area. Nelsons Ashes played in the T20 competition last season and wanted a fixture this season (start time 1.30pm - weather permitting) because they enjoyed the ground and the teas. Hopefully they will provide some useful opposition.

Thrumpton will be captained by Nick Proverbs in his 1st season as Sunday XI captain.
