A really exciting U11 incrediball game this evening resulting in an eventual 3 run victory. Thrumpton batting first set a competitive 88 runs only losing 2 wickets, Ben and Freddie both scoring 10 runs each.

Loughborough Carillion made a really good start to the chase and with only 2 overs left were well within sight of winning. Captain Tom then decided to give up wicket keeping duties to Esme (who did a brilliant job) to bowl the penultimate over and take 2 wickets in 2 balls. This left the opposition needing 10 balls off the final over and Morgan kept his nerve to see the badgers home.
