Annual General Meeting 1964

A general meeting was held in the village hall on Monday 29th March 1965 in the presence of 12 members. The meeting opened with the reading of last years general meeting by the Secretary.

These together with the accounts showed a balance in hand of ?, a loss of ? on the year.

The averages for 1964 were then read, Mr R Pick and Mr E Chettle won the batting and bowling respectively. Mr W Pepper won the catching.

There were no changes in the officials, one Vice President was omitted and one more put on. The President was unable to attend but was once again re elected.

It was decided once again to hire the roller for the ground and also to have the mower overhauled.

A Vote of thanks was passed by the Secretary for all the work the Scorer. After the meeting arrangements were made for a Whist Drive for April 1st had done.
